Brought to my attention by Ebbie Isaac, this TED talk spoof is both hilarious yet inspiring! Apparently the clip was made by YouTuber Michael McNeff from a short film that LeBeouf made with Rönkkö & Turner and Central Saint Martins BA Fine Art students called #INTRODUCTIONS, in which he read brief pieces of dialogue submitted by students in front of a green screen. Whichever way you see it, you can’t help but admit that the message is a useful one!

|”To know Nepal is to love her. The majesty of her mountains inspires awe and a reassuring sense of perspective. The grace of her people floods your heart with the buoyant certainty that we are all kin. Together, we need to remind the world that in the wake of Nepal’s recent tragedy, her loveliness remains.”

It’s incredibly easy to watch tensions unfold in the media and still sit back and distance yourself from what’s going on. Salomon and his team went further and decided to place themselves right in the middle of the chaos, and in turn produced a stunning and poetic peace about Baltimore, it’s children, and their future.
